Booking family photos shouldn’t mean adding one more stressful thing to your already full plate.
From choosing a location to figuring out what everyone should wear, I’ll help you through the details so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. When it’s time for your session, I’ll guide you into the portraits you’ll want framed on your walls while leaving plenty of room for your family’s real personalities and connections to come through.
You’ll get the beautiful portraits everyone is looking at the camera for, and the storytelling moments you didn’t even realize I was capturing.
And if your little one needs a break, someone gets shy, or your kids decide this is the perfect time to show me just how much personality they have, that’s okay. I don’t expect perfection. Some of the photographs families treasure most happen when we stop trying so hard to create the perfect picture.
My job is to notice the little things while you stay present with the people you love.

I’m Becky, an Ocala photographer, wife, and mom of six. I know family life is rarely picture-perfect, and I wouldn’t want it to be.
As a mom to an autistic child, I understand that some children need extra patience, movement, breaks, or time to feel comfortable. I bring that understanding to every session, meeting your family where they are.

WHAT KIND OF PHOTOGRAPHER ARE YOU?
I combine traditional and lifestyle photography to capture genuine images for you to treasure for a lifetime. As your photographer, I will provide a generous gallery of images that can be displayed in your home as pieces of art or archived in a custom album to be treasured for generations. These photographs will be an investment in your family history. Images from your session often tell a story, capturing a treasured moment in time. I do not try to make you look perfect, stiff, or unnatural. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible. I will capture a mix of posed and candid images.
WILL I GET MY DIGITAL PHOTOS AFTER THE SHOOT?
Photographs grow in value over time and become family treasures. I know the importance of archiving and saving digital images. My packages include either 15 or 25 high-resolution digital files delivered via direct download and a print release. While your package may include 15-25 high-resolution digital images, you have the option to purchase additional images. You will also have the option to buy additional prints and boutique products. HOW DO YOU CHOOSE WHICH IMAGES IN MY GALLERY FROM OUR SHOOT?
I look carefully at each and every image I capture at your session and hand select the best images. I am looking for images that represent me as an artist and your family, as each is radically unique. I will then send you a proofing gallery so you may select your favorites. I guarantee a minimum of 15 images, but there are usually many more to choose from. Lucky you!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY
Getting your hands on amazing photos is hard. It's even harder when you have to wait for what seems like forever to get them back.
I know that you are just dying to see all of the beautiful images. Becky Collazo Photography will deliver high-quality images within 4-8 weeks after your favorites have been selected, which means no more waiting around endlessly for pictures that never come! (This applies to portrait sessions only)
